Socialist leaders meet in 'Mont des Arts' prior to the European Council in Brussels. The meeting of the Head of States and Governments will focus on the lessons learned regarding vaccination strategies, the EU’s Digital Strategy, the ASEM and Eastern Partnership summits as well as the meetings on climate change (COP26) and biological diversity (COP15).
