Meeting with Civil Society representatives, EP President greets participants, young students and entrepreneurs

SOUNDBITE (English), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, The future of this young people is probably as young entrepreneur, small entrepreneur; not only civil servants. Digitalisation, digital economy will change also the national administration. Probably among these young people there are two or three good entrepreneurs, you don&rsquo;t know, but you are!

SOUNDBITE (Italian), Antonio TAJANI, EP President, I believe there is much more to do to get closer to the citizens, and Europe must get closer to the citizens. Tonight, we are here not because we wanted to have a nice welcoming event and be together. I have requested to organise an encounter with the Civil Society of Malta, because I can meet with politicians today, and Ministers, and it is fine to do so. Tonight we will have a working dinner with President Tusk, Prime Minister Muscat and President Juncker. But the main message I need to give it to you, Maltese and European citizens, to make you understand that you are my priority.
