SOUNDBITE (English), Enrique CALVET CHAMBON (ALDE, ES), Rapporteur The essence of this directive is to establish, to adapt our law, our social Europe, that exists, to adapt to the new forms of labour with the flexibility needed, nobody can discuss it. But the flexibility also until a certain, minimum level. This is for people of on demand contracts, zero hour contracts if it exists, Uber, Deliveroo, Cabify, these kinds of new jobs. The clickers for instance that work at home, that work at different times, they work on demand. But they should have some minimal rights.
