Migration crisis: sharing the burden

MEPs are revising the Dublin Regulation -- the EU law that determines which country is responsible for processing asylum applications. The current system puts too much burden on frontline states like Greece and Italy. As such, lawmakers are advocating fairer distribution of asylum seekers among all member states as well as mandatory participation.
