SOUNDBITE (English), Jerzy BUZEK (EPP, PL), Chair of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, We've got in ITRE Committee 67 full members. 50% from 67 is 33,5. We need 34 voting on plus, supporters. Because it should be majority of all members of ITRE not present today, but all the full members of ITRE Committee, it is our rule of procedure and we cannot change it of course. So, it goes to the plenary. So it is not a mandate for negotiating in trilogue, that's all. Because we accpted the proposal as you know, the legislative resolution was 67 or 66 to zero zero. Fantastic result. So, let me say, we go to the plenary, not starightforward to the trilogue. That's all, that's our final decision.
