EP President attends a ceremony to mark the arrival of the Flame of Peace. The ceremony, a tradition begun 11 years ago, symbolises peace and understanding between people in the world. Kindled in Bethlehem, the Flame travelled first to Strasbourg and will now be carried to all member states of the EU. The ceremony was attended by a group of scouts from different religions (Jewish, Christian and Muslim).
